GOOD FUCKING BYE, OLD EL-JAY.
We had some bitchin' times together, all the way back since I was ten and in the fourth grade.
You helped me discover slash and bandom and you gave me a place to rant about my first concert and you were there when I discovered Fall Out Boy and my whole life changed.
You were there when I was freaking out and when I realized I was depressed and you gave me an outlet all these years.
You gave me the best friends I thought I'd never have.
Ridiculous memes and quizzes to kill boredom.
Taught me HTML through fucking with the old S1 layouts.
Introduced me to graphics, which has actually made my life.
Given me internet dramazz to laugh at.
But I'm not really a kid anymore, and I want something new and part of that is closing this and keeping it forever like a museum of the closest thing to childhood I got to have.
The thousand-bajillions of memories on this thing are gold. Scrapbook pictures and voiceposts, wow.
I still remember my first layout, it was mostly black with like, a dotted pink line around the entries and orange flowers in the corner.
So now I'm going to go spend three hours breaking my fingers on putting a moodtheme in on my first real, adult LJ,
ana_lyze which all of you should still add if you're alive on LJ and give a damn.
God, this feels weird.
Peace out.
